Menu Radar

Privacy & data

What we publish

Menu Radar republishes factual menu information — dish names, wines, and prices — parsed automatically from restaurants' own public websites and menu PDFs, alongside public business contact details (phone, email, booking link) and public register and award data. Raw source text and the source URL are retained for every item so any figure can be traced back.

Lawful basis

Publication of business menu facts and public business contact details rests on our legitimate interest in providing menu and price transparency for the restaurant and wine trade. Where a contact detail identifies an individual (for example a sole trader), that interest is balanced against their rights — and any individual or restaurant can ask us to remove their data (below).

Sources & attribution

Restaurant menus: the restaurants' own sites. Register data: Stockholms stad. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors. Award names and classifications are used as facts with a link back to the awarding guide; we do not republish guides' editorial text.

Email

If you give us your email (early-access signup or alerts), we use it only to contact you about Menu Radar. Every alert carries an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time by emailing hello@menuradar.se. We do not sell or share it.

Retention & cookies

Menu observations are kept as a historical record. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights — removal & access

To have a restaurant delisted, or to access, correct, or erase personal data, email hello@menuradar.se. A delisting request removes the restaurant from every public page, the search index, and the sitemap, and it stays removed on future updates.
